"I've been teaching at Brookfield for many years and I have been extensively supported over the years to progress my career and now I am looking to take up a senior position. The school has provided opportunities for me to develop. I have found all of the staff at Brookfield very supportive, but in particular the senior team have been superb in advising me, but also listening to my own ideas and perspective which makes my contribution to school improvement seem valued. Training courses, high quality line management meetings and resourcing have all been a part of my experience of CPD at the school."
