Dear Parents/Carers

On Monday 6 July, we have all of our incoming Year 6 students joining us for the day as part of their induction process. To facilitate this, we will be having a slight change to the timetable and an earlier finish for all students.

On that Monday there will be no PD after breaktime and we will suspend the normal timetabled period 5 lesson to replace it with a PD session for all students. This will ensure that our Year 6 students have the opportunity to meet their new PD group before the summer break.

This will mean that Year 7 and 8 students will finish at 2.10pm and Year 9 and 10 students will finish at 2.15pm. For any Year 9 students with a period 6 Science lesson, this will begin at 2.15pm.

For information, the scheduled Singing and Violin lessons with the Hampshire Music Service tutors will continue at the normal times on the day. For any students involved in the Summer Concert, this will remain at the scheduled time of 4.15pm.
