Grade B (Actual Salary £17,054)
29.75 hrs per week (worked over 5 days, 8.15am – 2.45pm, plus an additional hour one day after school. Includes a 30-minute lunch and 15-minute break)

Brookfield School, a vibrant and thriving secondary school, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
What will you be doing?
· Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
· Work with individual students to provide targeted assistance and help them overcome challenges.
· Contribute to the development of inclusive learning resources and activities.
· Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
